Living Positive Victoria is seeking a person who is passionate about improving the lives of people living with HIV to join our team of Peer Navigators on a part time basis.

You will need to be a compassionate, skilled communicator with lived experience of HIV and a strong knowledge of the Victorian healthcare system.

The goal of the Peer Navigator Program is to promote the health and well-being of all PLHIV.  You will help build a person’s capacity to self-manage their HIV, increase their resilience and enjoy optimal health and wellbeing.

If you are people-focused, are a good communicator and enjoy a varied work environment, then this role is for you.

We are committed to the greater involvement of people living with HIV and welcome meaningful participation from HIV affected communities on our governance, staffing, volunteer and community structures.
