Developing capacity in people living with HIV allows us to be leaders in our own lives, builds resilience to challenges posed by health and stigma and empowers us to be advocates, teachers, and full participants in our communities.
You too can be part of this change. The Positive Leadership Development Institute (PLDI) Australia and New Zealand is now inviting applications for the next Victorian Workshop, to be held in Melbourne on March 13 to 15 2020. Applications close on Friday 7 Feb at 5pm (AEST).
We are proud of the effect that our workshops have had on all of the participants and particularly excited to share the experiences of three of last year’s graduates here
“As a long term advocate, attending the PLDI workshop was an unexpected highlight. I had the valuable opportunity to be reminded of the power of peer networking and revisit the incredible resilience among people living with HIV.” – PLDI Graduate
A limited amount of scholarships are available to assist with travel costs and course fees. Visit the PLDI website for more information and to apply.
