Support and connection

For many people living with HIV, the feeling of isolation and loneliness is common. Receiving support and being socially connected are important parts of anyone’s well-being. You can talk to someone who has personal experience living with HIV. They can offer you support and provide you with information about how to better manage your health and well-being.  (Peer Navigators: One on One Support)

We also run a number of group workshops, retreats and social events for people who are living with HIV:

Living Positive Victoria acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
