Help us to give out on GiveOut Day

Please donate to help us make a difference this Christmas

Living Positive Victoria is celebrating GiveOUT Day on 15 October, a national day of giving that unites rainbow communities across Australia to raise money for LGBTQ+ projects and charities. In the lead up to, and on GiveOUT Day, LPV is raising money to fund our annual Christmas Hamper project.

Many people living with HIV are isolated due to familial rejection or forced relocation for medical treatment. Our Christmas hampers are a reminder that there are people and organisations in the community who care about them over the festive season.

The hampers give special hope for individuals and families living with and affected by HIV in Victoria. Each year we provide goodness-filled gift hampers to those who most need some support over the holiday season. This year our goal is to distribute up to 100 Christmas hampers to folk in need of your help.

Covid-19 and the required response to it, have disproportionately impacted those members of our HIV community already isolated and at the margins. If you have the ability to provide even a small donation to our annual Christmas hamper program, we would be extremely grateful”. Richard Keane, CEO Living Positive Victoria.

We are asking for your generous support in helping us fund the hampers this Christmas. Help us reach our goal of raising $1,500 by giving to LPV in the lead up to GiveOUT Day on 15 October – your donation will make a positive impact to the health and wellbeing of the people and communities we serve. With over 100 hampers to fill, every contribution counts.

Your donation to us will be doubled by GiveOUT and their partners.
