Our self-esteem is determined by how others see us and how we see ourselves. Sometimes, the messages we give ourselves are not too helpful, and we can be our own worst enemy!

With Covid-19, we have all been forced into spending less or no time with people, places and services that help us live day-to-day. Please note that this event is for Positive Womxn only.

The aim of this workshop is to increase self-esteem and achieve a greater sense of balance, particularly during this challenging time, so as not to rely on others for emotional wellbeing.

The two hours will be interactive, challenging, and uplifting. Each participant will be invited to share their ideas openly, with the support of the facilitator and peers.

This event will be held online, via a video chat platform called Zoom, which can be accessed by smartphones, an iPad or tablet or computer.

If you have any questions on how to work Zoom please email Sarah at sfeagan@livingpositivevictoria.org.au or call her on 0490 132 604.

Once you have registered, you will be sent a link to access the Zoom event. Please do not share this link as privacy and confidentiality is very important.

During the workshop please make sure you find a quiet place to join in. Headphones are helpful for those living in a busy household. It keeps you from getting distracted and protects other participants’ privacy.

We do ask that for this workshop you use your video and chat function but if having your video on is too much feel free to participate with audio-only. This is a safe place for us.

Living Positive Victoria acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
