Telling your story in a safe and supportive space can be uplifting and healing. Our workshop Positive Reflections invites you to trace your evolution and growth as a person in the context of living with HIV. We will trace our experiences through pre-diagnosis, diagnosis and living with a positive status.

The workshop will be facilitated by Sarah and Anth from our peer navigation team. Numbers are limited to a small group of participants.

We hope to run this event at our South bank office; however, in the case of complications brought by COVID-19, we will be moving this workshop online via Zoom. If transport or having the appropriate technology to connect online is an issue for you, please get in touch with us as we may be able to provide some support.

To keep us all safe from COVID-19, you will be asked to check in and provide your proof of vaccination to attend this event. We’ve also put a number of COVID-safety measures in place to ensure everyone’s safety.

We understand that attending these types of events can be anxiety-inducing and may not be easy for people who are neurodivergent or experience a disability to attend. As part of your registration, our Health Promotion Office/Peer Navigator Sarah will be in touch with you to check in if you need any additional support.

If you do have any questions or would like to talk, you can reach Sarah on 0490 132 604 or send an email at sfeagan@livingpositivevictoria.org.au.

Living Positive Victoria acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
