For all Victorian folk 50 years of age and over. All genders and sexualities.

This is a great opportunity for you to meet up with your friends and even make new ones in a safe and confidential space.

It’s a monthly social gathering where you also get heaps of information on a whole range of HIV and ageing related topics such as how to navigate a range of medical services for multiple health issues, housing, finance, treatments, retirement, emotional health issues, anxiety, depression, HIV disclosure, etc. You tell us what you want to talk about.

For our next meet, we have the lovely yoga and meditation guru, Renate, doing a meditation/relaxation session.
