People living with HIV have unique resources to offer one another.

Exciting new research, Navigating Quality of Life: the experiences of new and temporary migrants living with HIV explores the quality of life experienced by new and temporary migrants who participated in a peer navigation program operating in Victoria.

Living Positive Victoria Health Promotion Officer, Timothy Krulic, is presenting research paper Navigating Quality of Life as part of the Joint Australiasian HIV&AIDS + Sexual Health Conferences in QueenslandThis research is an important extension of our understanding of peer navigation programs – a model that Living Positive Victoria is committed to maintaining and improving into the future.

This paper is the outcome of a collabotation between the Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health and Society, La Trobe University, Living Positive Victoria, and the Centre for Social Impact at University of New South Wales. It will be presented as part of the HIV&AIDS Proffered Paper Session on Social, Political & Cultural Aspects. Living Positive Victoria acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
