Stress Busting for Parents – Healthy Living Forum & Children’s Sports Party

Being a parent can be stressful. Competing demands make it hard to take time out to take care of yourself. Join us for an afternoon focused on busting stress and living well with HIV. You’ll hear from a number of speakers who will give you strategies and tools for managing the demands of parenting whilst looking after your physical and emotional wellbeing. Expect lively discussion and the opportunity to connect with other parents living with HIV. Afternoon tea will be provided.

Children aged 5 to 15 are welcome to enjoy a sports party with soccer, a jumping castle and afternoon tea. After the forum swimming passes will be available for families who want to enjoy the fabulous facilities of the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre.
