Adult Retreat

A peer led weekend retreat for women, heterosexual men and their partners

We run an annual Adult Retreat for women and heterosexual men (including trans and gender diverse people) living with HIV and their partners. This weekend retreat offers a relaxed environment in which to meet other people living with HIV. We combine fun, interesting activities with some pampering. We also hold facilitated workshops, creating a safe environment in which you can explore issues that arise for you as a person living with HIV, with a focus on HIV health and wellbeing. Our peer support staff are on hand if you would like to talk with them. 

 Past participants consistently say that they value the opportunity to meet others in a safe, relaxing environment in which they can talk openly about the challenges and triumphs that have come with living with HIV. It is wonderful sharing experience with people learning from each other and developing friendships.
