In response to a growing evidence base, Undetectable = Untransmittable campaigns have gained prominence around the world, emphasising the health and perceptions of people living with HIV and unambiguously promoting the message that those who are on treatment and have an undetectable viral load cannot transmit HIV to their partners.

We want to hear from all of you about what you think of these results and shifts in language. How do you approach partners, hookups, and faceless torso pics when it comes to HIV-status and viral load? Will it change because of this news? Could this reduce the stigma we experience?

The second part of the night will include Chris Williams, one of the men behind Emen8, to join us after some refreshments to talk about the work the website has done to promote the U=Safe message and the reaction the campaign has received in the community.

Refreshments will be provided.

You can buy t-shirts to support the U=U campaign here.

Living Positive Victoria acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
